Dr. Shah is a board-certified obstetric gynecologist. He prides himself in taking care of the women of Washington Parish and the surrounding areas, offering a wide array of medical expertise to the local community. His special interests include high risk obstetrics – hypertension, diabetes, multiple pregnancies, etc. Dr. Shah has introduced minimally invasive surgery to the gynecology department, which is a great benefit for our patients. As an OB/GYN, Dr. Shah understands the importance of health maintenance and keeping up routine medical care. He believes that one of the most important aspects of being an OB/GYN is fostering healthy relationships and personalizing the unique needs of each patient.



Outside of work, Dr. Shah is a die-hard LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints fan. He can often be found in Tiger Stadium or the Superdome cheering on his home teams.
