About The Provider

Richard Colon, MD, received his bachelor of science from Tulane University. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Colon completed two internships; the first at Tulane University affiliated hospitals in internal medicine and the second at Mayaguez Medical Center in general surgery. He attended Tulane University affiliated hospitals for his residency in internal medicine and his Fellowship in cardiovascular medicine. Dr. Colon is a member of the American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society.
