There are times when I feel the doctor is not present with me perhaps something is on her mind or perhaps another patient in the office has a more pressing matter than mine. I am not more important than another person in the office. I am just asking for a little courtesy to know what is going on when someone walks away. The last comment made to me was "you're not normal! "Which surprised me of course then it was redirected toward a physical issue.
