About The Provider
Kelly Nastasi, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, received her associate of science in nursing in December 2006 from the Charity School of Nursing. She completed her bachelor of science in nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center in 2012. Kelly attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her master of science in nursing in May 2018 and her doctor of nursing practice degree in December 2019. She was awarded the Sigma Theta Tau International Scholar Award while attending school there. She has been working as a nurse practitioner in Family Medicine since 2018 and enjoys making positive impacts to her patients’ lives. She lives in Covington, LA with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Mocha.
